These terms govern your use of Ayaro, a subscription web application for jewelry stores, operated by Emre Polat, a sole trader based in Türkiye ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them.
Ayaro lets you record and manage inventory, customers, sales, store credit and repairs for your jewelry business. It is delivered over the internet as software-as-a-service. No physical goods are supplied.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No payment card is required to start it. At the end of the trial, access to paid features stops unless you subscribe. Your data is retained and becomes available again if you subscribe later.
You can cancel at any time. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for; it then stops renewing. See our Refund Policy.
Do not use Ayaro to break the law, to store data you have no right to hold, to attempt to access other customers' data, or to interfere with the service. We may suspend an account that does.
Important. Ayaro shows a live market gold rate from a third-party data provider and can calculate suggested prices from it. That rate may be delayed, interrupted or wrong. It is provided for convenience only — not as financial, investment or pricing advice. You are responsible for verifying every price before you sell. We are not liable for losses arising from a price shown in the app.
Receipts and invoices produced by Ayaro are documents you issue to your own customers. Making sure they meet the legal, tax and formatting requirements of your country is your responsibility, not ours. Ayaro does not provide accounting or tax advice.
We work to keep Ayaro available and to keep your data safe, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance, third-party outages and events outside our control can cause downtime.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to Ayaro is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for lost profits, lost sales, or indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
You may stop using Ayaro at any time. We may suspend or close an account for non-payment, for a breach of these terms, or if required by law. If we close your account without cause, we will refund the unused part of a prepaid period.
We may update these terms. If a change is material we will notify you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Ayaro after that means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Türkiye have jurisdiction. This does not remove any mandatory consumer protection rights you have where you live.

Bu şartlar, Türkiye'de yerleşik şahıs işletmesi Emre Polat tarafından işletilen, kuyumcular için abonelikli web uygulaması Ayaro'nun kullanımını düzenler. Hesap oluşturarak bu şartları kabul etmiş olursunuz.
Ayaro; kuyumculuk işletmeniz için stok, müşteri, satış, veresiye ve onarım kayıtlarını tutmanızı ve yönetmenizi sağlar. Hizmet internet üzerinden yazılım (SaaS) olarak sunulur. Fiziksel ürün teslimi yoktur.
Yeni hesaplar 14 gün ücretsiz deneme alır. Denemeyi başlatmak için kart gerekmez. Deneme bitiminde abone olunmazsa ücretli özelliklere erişim durur. Verileriniz saklanır ve sonradan abone olduğunuzda yeniden erişilebilir olur.
İstediğiniz an iptal edebilirsiniz. Aboneliğiniz, ödemesini yaptığınız dönemin sonuna kadar açık kalır; ardından yenilenmez. Bkz. İade Politikası.
Ayaro'yu hukuka aykırı işler için, tutma hakkınız olmayan verileri saklamak için, başka müşterilerin verisine erişmeye çalışmak için veya hizmeti aksatmak için kullanmayın. Bunu yapan hesapları askıya alabiliriz.
Önemli. Ayaro, üçüncü taraf bir veri sağlayıcısından canlı altın kuru gösterir ve bundan önerilen fiyat hesaplayabilir. Bu kur gecikebilir, kesilebilir veya hatalı olabilir. Yalnızca kolaylık sağlamak için sunulur — finansal, yatırım veya fiyatlandırma tavsiyesi değildir. Satıştan önce her fiyatı doğrulamak sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır. Uygulamada görünen bir fiyattan doğan zararlardan sorumlu değiliz.
Ayaro'nun ürettiği makbuz ve faturalar, sizin kendi müşterinize düzenlediğiniz belgelerdir. Bunların ülkenizin yasal, vergisel ve biçimsel gerekliliklerine uygun olmasını sağlamak bizim değil, sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır. Ayaro muhasebe veya vergi danışmanlığı vermez.
Ayaro'yu erişilebilir ve verinizi güvende tutmak için çalışıyoruz; ancak kesintisiz veya hatasız hizmet garanti etmiyoruz. Bakım, üçüncü taraf kesintileri ve kontrolümüz dışındaki olaylar hizmeti durdurabilir.
Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde, Ayaro ile ilgili herhangi bir talep için toplam sorumluluğumuz, talebin doğduğu tarihten önceki 12 ay içinde bize ödediğiniz tutarla sınırlıdır. Kâr kaybı, satış kaybı ile dolaylı veya bağlı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Buradaki hiçbir hüküm, hukuken sınırlanamayan sorumluluğu sınırlamaz.
Ayaro'yu istediğiniz an kullanmayı bırakabilirsiniz. Ödeme yapılmaması, bu şartların ihlali veya yasal zorunluluk halinde hesabı askıya alabilir ya da kapatabiliriz. Hesabınızı haklı bir sebep olmaksızın kapatırsak, peşin ödenmiş dönemin kullanılmayan kısmını iade ederiz.
Bu şartları güncelleyebiliriz. Esaslı bir değişiklik olursa yürürlüğe girmeden önce e-posta ile veya uygulama içinden bildiririz. Sonrasında kullanmaya devam etmeniz, güncel şartları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
Bu şartlar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir ve Türkiye mahkemeleri yetkilidir. Bu hüküm, yaşadığınız yerde sahip olduğunuz emredici tüketici haklarını ortadan kaldırmaz.
